Prof. Christian is an Advocate with more than 10 years of experience. He holds a PhD in Mining Law and has lectured Business Law classes for close to 15 years now. His research interest lies in the Extractive Industries and Sustainable Development. Prof. Christian is also a Certified OHADA Law Expert and Trainer.

He is also a Research and Training Consultant in Governance and Human Rights. Dan is a member of the International Compliance Association (AICA).

Sabine specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) with particular interest in the Rights of Local Communities. She also assists clients in the area of Conflict Resolution.

Benjamin is an Advocate with wide experience in litigation. He has practice interest in the Extractive Industries and the Civil Society. He has also worked with Congolese Federation of Enterprises (FEC).
